This policy explains what Next Level Photo does with the photos and details you send us. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email contact@nextlevel.email and we will explain it.
The photos you send
Your original photos are used only to complete your order. We do not sell them, license them, or publish them in our gallery or anywhere else without your written permission. We do not feed your photos into a public model or a third-party app that keeps a copy.
Keeping and deleting files
We keep your files long enough to finish the work and handle revisions. You can ask us to delete your originals and finished files after delivery, and we do, and confirm it. We do not hold archives of client photos for marketing.
The details you submit
When you contact us or start an order, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and what you tell us about the job. We use those details only to reply, quote, and complete your work. Form submissions are routed to our studio inbox and forwarded internally to the team that handles the work.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal details.
- We do not publish your photos without written permission.
- We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Service providers
We use a small number of standard tools to run the studio, such as email delivery for our contact forms. They process your message only to deliver it to us. We do not share your photos with advertisers.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@nextlevel.email and we will handle the request.
